One Time / Ad Hoc This applies to whenever there is a one-time need, or a recurring need that is hard to predict on a set schedule. Projects in this category may address sudden or gradual change, and may be shorter or longer term – it all depends on the exact situation and your needs. Some examples in this category would be: an A/V installation; planning, coordinating, or marketing one-time special events; initial setup of a website or social media presence; a comprehensive analysis and improvement recommendations for your ongoing operations and processes. |
Periodic / Planned Intervals We can also help when there is a predictable, recurring need that does not require our ongoing assistance. Examples of periodic projects: recurring annual reports or documents; recurring events; a regular training schedule; periodic website and social media check-ins/follow-ups. |
Ongoing / Continuous Sometimes organizations don’t have the time or expertise to do everything that needs to be done. In those cases, we can take on a facet of your operations in an ongoing manner.
